Red Horizon adds Cleaners to Washington, D.C.'s living-world activities, including a season-limited 95 Company elite kill squad. It introduces the Under Pressure seasonal modifier, a Blackout Dark Zone, PvP balance changes, and new gear.

Livestock Update
Facepunch released the Livestock Update on October 1, adding farmable cows and sheep, animal products and recipes, vendor bartering, and Powergrid loot rooms. The next monthly forced wipe is estimated for November 5.

Curse of the Allflame
Curse of the Allflame is Path of Exile 3.29's deep-sea challenge league: players use Charts to build Voyages across the seafloor, uncover rewards, and use Allflame crafting. The update also removes most socket colours, returns Mercenaries in a core reworked form, and reworks Abyss and Legion.

Season 2: NIGHTFALL
Season 2: NIGHTFALL begins on June 2 and brings the new Night Marsh zone, the new Sentinel Runner shell, new weapons and equipment, The Cradle system for Runner shell stat customization, faster faction progression, a Duos rotating zone queue, matchmaking changes, Vault expansion, and PVE/PVP-lite experimental modes. Bungie says the July 21 mid-season update adds Vault Breaker, an experimental PVE mode in Cryo Archive, the first Cradle Evolution system iteration, player profile stats, and other tuning and quality-of-life changes.

Runes of Aldur
The Return of the Ancients content update (0.5.0) launches on May 29, 2026 at 1PM PDT with the Runes of Aldur challenge league. The separate Forbidden Rites event league began on September 4, 2026 and runs alongside Runes of Aldur until the Path of Exile 2 1.0 full release.

Season 15 - Season of Hell's Legacy
Season 15 features a seasonal questline involving Deckard Cain, three dark wanderers, and echoes of Diablo, Baal, and Mephisto. It adds Soul Splinters, shared War Plans progress for eligible alternate characters, Horadric Cube crafting recipes, legacy Uniques, the Horadric Post, and Rebirth.

Season 5 is titled Rage of the Frostborn and launches October 1, 2026 at 11 AM CDT. It adds the Rage of Morditas seasonal mechanic and endgame boss, Merchant's Guild and Circle of Fortune updates, and three skills: Radiant Lance, Summon Tide Elemental, and Dreamslash.

Early Access Season 11 reintroduces the Dark Swarm, with light sources providing protection from its effects. The season also includes a two-week SSF event, with the Marketplace and Trading Post opening on October 23.

Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph
Bungie announced Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph as the final live-service content update for Destiny 2, available to all players on June 9, 2026. The update includes the Monument of Triumph celebration, a refreshed Director, Pantheon 2.0, raid and dungeon loot updates, destination and Portal changes, new abilities, Crucible and Gambit updates, and Sparrow Racing League as a permanent activity.
